These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VitalityX Health LLC ("VitalityX," "we," "us," or "our"), a Pennsylvania Limited Liability Company located at 798 Turnpike St., Beaver, PA 15009. These Terms govern your access to and use of our personalized health optimization platform, including genetic testing, biomarker analysis, health coaching, custom supplements, virtual training, the client portal, and all related services.
Our collection and use of your personal and health information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. By using VitalityX Services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Beaver County, Pennsylvania for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
