1. Scope of Coaching
Your VitalityX coaches — including Health Architects, Mind Coaches, Sleep Coaches, and other specialists — provide wellness, fitness, and lifestyle coaching. 2. Not Medical Advice
Nothing your coach says or recommends constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions, especially regarding medications, dosing changes, or symptoms that may require professional evaluation. 3. Remote Communication

5. Recording Policy

6. Data Storage and Confidentiality

7. Emergencies

8. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

9. Electronic Signature
